custom electronics development

Custom electronics and electronic product development

We develop electronic devices from requirements, an idea or an existing prototype: architecture, schematics, PCB, embedded software, bring-up, testing and production-ready documentation.

You can start with a practical problem

You do not need to prepare formal engineering terminology before contacting us. A clear business or equipment problem is enough for an initial technical discussion.

What we do

DefineSystem architecture, functional boundaries and acceptance criteria.
DesignPower, protection, analog and digital circuitry and interfaces.
SelectComponents with availability, lifecycle and replacement options in mind.
LayoutPCB placement and routing aligned with mechanics and manufacturing.
Bring upPower rails, clocks, MCU/MPU, interfaces and critical signals.
PrepareBOM, Gerber, Pick&Place, firmware and verification procedures.

What the customer receives

The exact deliverable set is agreed before the stage starts so acceptance is based on concrete engineering results rather than activity.

Technology and implementation

We select the architecture and tools according to interfaces, timing, environment, maintainability and production constraints.

System architectureMCU/MPU selection, memory, interfaces, safety states and power domains.
Circuit designAnalog, digital, power, protection and interface circuits.
PCB engineeringSignal integrity, EMC-aware layout, thermal constraints and DFM.
Embedded softwareBare-metal or RTOS firmware for MCU; Embedded Linux for MPU platforms.
VerificationBench measurements, functional tests and interface diagnostics.
Production readinessManufacturing files, programming images and test procedures.

Custom electronics and electronic product development: engineering approach

The project starts with the engineering requirements that actually drive design decisions: interfaces, power, environment, size, production volume and component constraints.

Hardware and software are engineered as one system. Interface transceivers, protection, routing, drivers and diagnostics are considered together rather than as separate tasks.

After prototype assembly we perform bring-up and functional verification, document findings and prepare the next revision or the manufacturing package.

Frequently asked questions

Questions that are useful to settle before the initial estimate.

Can you take only one project stage?

Yes. We can handle schematics, PCB, firmware, board bring-up, a design audit or the complete product development cycle.

What do you need for an initial estimate?

A short functional description, available files or samples, interfaces, power requirements, constraints and the expected production volume are enough to start.

Who owns the source files?

Transfer scope and intellectual-property terms are fixed in the contract. Custom development normally includes the agreed source design and production files.

Do you work on replacement projects?

Yes. We can analyze an existing module and develop a compatible implementation using components that are currently available.

How is the project price formed?

The estimate is driven by hardware complexity, interface count, software scope, prototype work and the required level of testing. We normally split the project into measurable stages.
