2. Data subjects and categories of data

This policy applies to website visitors, prospective customers, customer representatives, individual customers and sole proprietors, and users who contact E-ONICS LLC through MAX or Telegram.

Website forms may process customer type, name, email address, company or organization name, Tax ID (INN) for companies/sole proprietors, the inquiry text, and other information voluntarily provided by the user.

When a user contacts us through MAX or Telegram, the processed data may include user/chat identifier, display name, username where available, message text, voluntarily supplied contact details and files, and technical information required to maintain the conversation.

With separate analytics consent, Yandex Metrica and Webvisor may process technical visit data such as cookies and other identifiers, IP/network information, browser and device information, pages viewed, referrals and interaction events.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed to respond to inquiries, clarify engineering requirements, prepare commercial or technical proposals, conduct pre-contract communications, maintain business correspondence, support the inquiry process and protect the website. Analytics data is used only after separate consent to evaluate website performance, understand page demand and improve user experience.

4. Processing operations

Processing may be automated or mixed and may include collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to processors to the extent required for the relevant service, blocking, deletion and destruction.

5. Services and processors

Website hosting and email infrastructure may be used to operate the website and process inquiries. Yandex Metrica/Webvisor is used only where separate analytics consent has been given. MAX and Telegram are used when the user chooses those communication channels. Data transfer is limited to what is required for the selected channel and infrastructure.

6. Retention periods

Data is retained no longer than required for the processing purposes and applicable mandatory retention periods. MAX and Telegram inquiry archives for which no contractual relationship is recorded in the website subsystem are retained for up to 12 months after closure or the last interaction and are then deleted automatically. Short-term messenger data awaiting consent is deleted after refusal or timeout.

7. Consent and withdrawal

Submitting an inquiry through a website form requires separate consent to personal data processing. The consent text is available on the Personal Data Processing Consent page. Analytics consent is separate and is not required to submit a form or use the core website functions.

A data subject may withdraw consent or send a request concerning personal data to info@e-onics.ru. E-ONICS LLC reviews the request and takes the actions required under applicable law.

8. Security measures

E-ONICS LLC applies organizational and technical measures aimed at limiting access, protecting service files and logs, controlling access to administrative interfaces, protecting transmission channels and minimizing stored data. Access is provided only to the extent required for work duties.
